Do you ever think about what you eat and aim to get a balanced diet? Or do you stick to favourite recipes and quick eats?

A very good question Sam,I found my weight did increase for a period of time i.e. I was still working, and becoming a full time Carer so of course work had to stop. I found I had to have a strict regime and make time to sit and eat at regular intervals, read the paper/magazine so for even a short period you had the time.Yes I am sure there will be lot in this forum shouting at the screen, lol, It did work
Depression is a completely different ball game of course.

Hi Gordon,

Do you think there are any techniques for avoiding unhealthy eating habits when you are stressed?
