Competition is now closed.
But please feel free to have a look through and post up any of your own tips.
We'd love you to share what you do to relieve stress or take time out. In return you will be entered into a prize draw to win a digital camera.
When stress gets too much we all need an escape, but what's yours?
Your idea of finding an escape could be anything from walking in the countryside to watching Eastenders. Whatever it is you can describe it, photograph it, draw it or video it, it's up to you!
Every entrant will be placed into a prize draw and at the end of the competition a winner will be drawn randomly to win a Canon IXUS 220 HS compact digital camera.
The campaign will run from Monday 13 August to Friday 7 September, on which day the winner will be announced.
Please post your photographs, pictures, videos and comments below. You can use the 'Upload file' button to attach files to your post.
For more information please read the Great Escapes Terms and Conditions.

Apologies, I had to delete the file you uploaded, as unfortunately I think having it on the site would count as illegal file sharing!
Anyone interested in hearing the song can do so on YouTube here
Thanks,

Permalink Reply by Sam Cowley on September 10, 2012 at 10:48 Hi everyone,
The great escapes competition is now closed. Thanks to everyone who posted a description or picture (or MP3!) of their stress relieving activities, there are some great suggestions.
I have privately contacted the selected winner of the competition and will announce it publicly here once they have accepted.
Please feel free to keep posting your stress escapes, they are all brilliant tips which I am sure will be useful to other carers.
Best wishes,
Sam
