Healthy Snack options



  • 2 crispbreads with marmite
  • 2 slices of wholegrain crispbread with 2 tablespoons of low-fat hummous
  • 1 medium slice of wholemeal toast with a thin spread of peanut butter
  • 1 medium sized pear and 1 medium sized apple
  • 1 small banana and a small handful of grapes
  • 6 walnut halves
  • 2 wholegrain rice cakes with 2 tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese, sliced cucumber and pepper
  • 1 small handful of raisins
  • 1 snack sized pot of prepared fruit in 100% fruit juice (not syrup)
  • 1 150g pot of low-fat rice pudding
  • 1 small cup of low-fat hot chocolate
  • 1 handful of blueberries and a tablespoon of low-fat yogurt
  • 5 dried apricots
  • 1 oatcake with 1 teaspoon of smooth peanut butter
