Hi all,
Lots of exciting activity around Carers Week so far. Really interesting monitoring the #CarersWeek hashtag on Twitter, which just shows how much is going on this week.
Carewell's contribution the Carers Week is a new tool to make it easier to share your tips with other carers.
The Carewell Advice Board allows you to post your top tips on looking after your own health and wellbeing. It is an opportunity to share your experience of caring with others, and post tips that you think may be useful to people who are new to caring.
Lots of great tips have been posted in the forum over the last few months, so why not post them on the Advice Board for all to see? Don't have any tips you want to post? Have a look through and read tips on different health and wellbeing themes from other carers.
Please post any feedback you have on this new tool below this blog in the comments section.
Keep an eye out for more new content launching on Carewell this week!
Best wishes,
Sam
